the weak curtains were an absolute joke, who wants to wake up at dawn from blinding light? also, their parking fees are outrageous, $35 per car! i expected a complimentary upgrade for such inconveniences, but alas, was treated like everyone else. i almost thought of giving a good review but just couldn’t do it.

Parking costs a staggering $35 per car, which can quickly add to the tab. The flimsy curtains in the King Studio Suite afford little privacy, leaving the room blindingly bright at dawn. Overall charges exceeded the advertised rates due to extra taxes and fees, which was frustrating. A military discount is only available for direct bookings, not through third parties, leaving little room for budget flexibility.

This is one of the best hotel experiences! The hotel shines bright with cleanliness and comfort, and the breakfast was delicious. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, which truly enhanced our stay. Can't wait to return to Austin and stay here again!
